Deliver a website inline with recent re-branding

Dealing with a website legacy of over 10 years and retaining the SEO presence while building an entirely new CMS for easier internal management.

What worked and what didn’t work on the site. A strong search feature and google presence that could be further enhanced. Options for updating server architecture and backend CMS that was over 10 years old.

Once considered cutting-edge, MonmouthDean wanted to re-ignite this spark with the updated look and design. Improved engagement that would lead to better lead generation and increased property enquiries across the site.

Finding the
right property

The new website needed to be all about the properties, bigger better images, live search, improved listing views, filtering and ability to save and send properties via email.

Fourth step
Improved
visual display

Cleaner, clearer layouts with a focus on grid and typography to better showcase the brand and it’s properties. Full-screen galleries and subtle, effective transitions for a more enjoyable user experience.

Fifth step
Going
mobile

The fully responsive design allows site visitors to view and find properties on the go quickly. Google Map integration allows users access to Street View using the native gyroscope and directions using geolocation.
